What to Expect on Your First Visit
Change your shoes
At the entrance, swap your outdoor shoes for clean indoor training shoes. Shoe rental is available if you didn’t pack any (¥300).
Speak to staff
Say “Drop-in please” or show your phone. Staff will guide you. Translation apps work fine.
Pay & sign in
Fill in a short form. Pay ¥2,200 (or ¥3,000 for the Hands-Free Set). Cash, cards, and mobile pay all welcome.
Train & enjoy
Use lockers freely. Refill at the water server. Enjoy your workout in a fully-equipped serious gym.

Do I need to book in advance?
No reservation needed. Just walk in during open hours.
I didn’t bring any gym gear. Can I still train?
Absolutely. Our Hands-Free Set (¥3,000) includes a T-shirt, shorts, shoes, towel, and facility access — everything you need. You can also rent individual items for ¥300 each.
I have tattoos. Is that OK?
Yes. Tattoos are welcome here.
What should I wear?
Workout clothes or any comfortable, athletic clothing. Jeans and street clothes are not appropriate for training. If you didn’t pack gym gear, see the Hands-Free Set above.
Do I need indoor shoes?
Yes. Change into clean indoor training shoes at the entrance. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the gym floor. Shoe rental is available (¥300, or included with the Hands-Free Set).
Are showers available?
Yes for men — showers are accessed via the men’s restroom. Body wash and shampoo are provided. Unfortunately, showers are not currently available for women; women’s changing room and restroom are available.
Are there secure lockers?
Yes — 32 lockers with keys, free to use.
What time is it least crowded?
Weekday daytime (10 AM – 4 PM) is generally quiet. Weekends and evenings can be busier.
Does the staff speak English?
Our staff has limited English — which means you can focus entirely on your training. Check-in is simple, and translation apps work well.
Can I bring a guest?
Each person who will train needs their own pass (¥2,200 per person, or ¥3,000 for the Hands-Free Set). Non-training visitors are welcome at the café space without charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Almost everything: cash, all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, iD, QUICPay, and Japanese IC transit cards (Suica, PASMO, ICOCA, etc.). Powered by AirPAY.
Can I buy merchandise without training?
Yes. You’re welcome to stop by the front desk and browse our Hiroshima-exclusive apparel and goods without using the gym.
Is there parking?
Yes — 6 free parking spaces on-site. First come, first served.
