Workout clothes or any comfortable, athletic clothing. Jeans and street clothes are not appropriate for training. If you didn't pack gym gear, see the Hands-Free Set above.
Yes. Change into clean indoor training shoes at the entrance. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the gym floor. Shoe rental is available (¥300, or included with the Hands-Free Set).
Yes for men — showers are accessed via the men's restroom. Body wash and shampoo are provided. Unfortunately, showers are not currently available for women; women's changing room and restroom are available.
Yes — 32 lockers with keys, free to use.
Weekday daytime (10 AM – 4 PM) is generally quiet. Weekends and evenings can be busier.
Our staff has limited English — which means you can focus entirely on your training. Check-in is simple, and translation apps work well.
Each person who will train needs their own pass (¥2,200 per person, or ¥3,000 for the Hands-Free Set). Non-training visitors are welcome at the café space without charge.
